Contract for the Supply of Goods

The display of goods on the Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters unless, and until, Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters sends an email to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters of your offer to buy goods from Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters of the problem in writing to twrath@gotallyho.com within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Buyer pays return shipping costs for returns and the full item price will be refunded.

Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters website or for any products purchased from the Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters website. Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Modification of Terms

Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters site.
